Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out.

Brand new memory foam cooling bed for 2024! 1/10 of a mile (5 houses) from the beach! Lovingly refreshed second story end unit studio perfectly appointed and situated in the heart of Dennis Port. A/C unit to keep you cool, WIFI to keep connected.

We love this corner hideaway because of its proximity to all the beaches in Dennis (eight on Cape Cod Bay and another eight on Nantucket Sound), the Cape Cod Rail Trail and its accessibility to the outer Cape. We love the space itself because it's bright, airy and cozy, and we can relax completely into "Old Cape Cod" when we're here. We hope you are able to do the same!

Welcome to Off the Beaten Path! This updated studio second floor end unit at Kenabar Condos is steps to the beach. This condo complex invites you to enjoy the simplicity and Cape Cod charm of yesteryear.

As you face the complex, head to the far back left, past the outdoor common areas. Head up the flight of stairs located on the last building on the far left and you will arrive at corner unit - Unit 8.

Enter this delightful studio condo that has been updated with all modern and many thoughtful multipurpose amenities.

The galley-style kitchen is perfectly set up with all the desired appliances and plenty of cabinet space. You will find the microwave and coffee maker on the rolling cart against the wall.

Just beyond the kitchen is the sitting area where you can enjoy a meal at the round table (seats 4) or raise the table and use it as a remote work space. Also at hand are two spacious chairs and an ottoman (with additional storage) - ready for you to settle in for a good read or your favorite TV show on the flat screen TV.

The Queen bed is nearby and ready for you to dream away - A brand new memory foam cooling mattress was purchased for the 2024 season!

A privacy screen is available if needed to create definition between the living and bedroom area or to place in the kitchen for privacy if you were to leave the door open for that beloved Cape Cod ocean breeze!

There is a full bath with a newly-remodeled (Fall of 2023) walk-in shower for you to enjoy.

A window A/C unit and a "Vornado" fan keep you cool while a floor-style portable heater is available for those chilly nights.

The parking lot is on Beaten Road but the building has access from Susan Ruth Road as well.

There are hibachi grill stands in the common area and picnic tables for your use. This unit offers a small camp-style grill you can use at the Hibachi station.

A hose is located at the end of the building to rinse your feet off after a day at the beach. Just five houses away, at the end of Susan Ruth Road (1/10th of a mile) is the path through the dunes to Haigas Beach.

Whether you spend the day at the beach or sample the local cuisine, you're bound to fall in love with Off the Beaten Path!

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
Max parking of cars at property: 1 - Park in assigned space #8. There are two visitor spaces to the left of the assigned spaces.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).
