We are so excited to share our home with you! After the remodel and the recent addition, we have a created a home that is comfortable to enjoy with friends and family. There are plenty of places to gather and spots to have some alone time. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for relaxing in the yard, biking on the trail, walking to the beach or getting a quick bite to eat. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
One look at the beautifully manicured lawn and landscaping of this quintessential Cape Cod home tells you all you need to know about the rest of this recently remodeled modern coastal home. Enjoy all the modern amenities that were upgraded during the addition.  Enter through the front door and notice the beautiful gleaming hardwood floors that carry throughout the home. The home is bright and airy - inviting you in at every turn with its open concept living style.

Living room has a comfy couch and 2 casual chairs, flat screen tv mounted above the fireplace and beautiful built in books shelves on either side.  The living room flows into the dining area with a table for 5. The large sliders open to view the new patio and access the grill for those ever popular Cape Cod BBQ's.

Stunning white quartz countertops await your family to gather at the center island for breakfast as you make plans for the day - 4 stools for all the kids! All stainless steel appliance are available to the chef in your family to create unforgettable meals. The herring bone detailed backsplash only adds to the modern style of this home.

Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed is located just off the kitchen/living area.
Bathroom #1 with glass enclosed, stand up shower is also located just off the living room.

Across from Bedroom #1 you will find the doorway to the original part of the home.

Bedroom # 2 has two twin beds, night stand and closet.
Bedroom #3 is across the hall with a bunk bed and separate twin bed. Enjoy the original built-in dresser and plenty of closet space.
Bathroom #2 is located between these two bedrooms, it is a full bath with a shower tub combination.

As you pass through the kitchen notice a full size stackable washer and dryer conveniently located in a closet in the hallway. Just beyond the fridge is a cute dog-friendly area for feeding with room for their accessories. Open the slider to view the backyard and patio and outdoor shower.

The staircase will take you up to the loft with a sitting area to play games, den with large flat screen TV and full bathroom #3 with glass enclosed shower.
Sleeping area #4 is at the end of the hall through a modern sliding barn door - enjoy this large room with queen bed, dresser and reading nook.

Plan on grilling and relaxing on the back patio after a fun day at the beach! As the sun sets on the day gather to recap the events around the fire pit while the kids roast marshmallows. Don't forget to use the outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand, it's a Cape Cod tradition!

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability).

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
