- Pet-Friendly: One dog allowed for $25 per night. A pet registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
- Please note that all fireplaces are decorative only and not operational.
- Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the home
- Parking: A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed on the property.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid ID may be requested.
- Linens Included: Bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels, beach towels, and bath mats are provided for your stay.
- 4pm Check-In, 10am Check-Out
- Payments: For reservations made more than 60 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for details.
