We love nearly everything about this house! The home's most obvious charms are its coastal chic vibe, ocean views and beach location. We are literally steps from the warm waters of Nantucket Sound and a very easy walk into town. Some of our favorite restaurants are within a 10 minute stroll, including Cape Root, The Mad Minnow, Sundae School, and for special occasions, Cape Sea Grill. We are big walkers, bikers and day trippers so we especially love the proximity to multiple bike trails, the Brewster Flats, the Nantucket Ferry, Chatham & Ptown. And it's an amazing place to spend July 4th - our neighborhood fireworks show is impressive and the nighttime beach fires are beautiful! The house is just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy life, alone, with family, and with friends!
