I love that this condo unit is centrally located. Easy to get to from the highway. Shopping is a short distance away. Restaurants within walking distance which is a plus! You can walk or drive to Haigis Beach and Glendon Road Beach which are less than a half a mile away. It is also close to another popular beach called West Dennis Beach which is only a short drive. Very convenient to everything!

Conveniently park in front of this condo and enter into Unit 4! You are greeted by a bright, open space accented with coastal hues and featuring everything your party of two will need for a vacation getaway. Unpack and settle in to this cozy space with Queen sized bed and comfortable chair for reading and relaxing in. Enjoy your favorite shows on the nearby TV, mounted on an "arm" to swivel for enjoyment in the other areas of the condo. Other interior features include a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, wall encased AC unit to keep you cool, updated kitchen and dining table for two. Venture through the sliding glass door and you are greeted with an extension of your living space in this fully fenced patio area. You can dine on the table with umbrella, lounge in a set of chairs or grab a beach chair and head to the shore (only a half mile away)!

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
