Plan your week of fun at this contemporary Cape style home within walking distance of Town Neck Beach. The first floor features an open Living/Dining/Kitchen plan with French doors leading out to the new Sunroom addition; a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail!
Smart TV and gas fireplace create cozy retreat in Living Room for movie night. A Bedroom with Queen and full Bath complete the main level. The 2nd floor offers 2 Bedrooms and another full Bath; Master Bedroom with Queen on this level boasts slider to a new upper level deck over the Sunroom. You will also find an additional room upstairs that can be used as office space.
Laundry is in the basement, along with a pool table...maybe shoot a game while waiting for the towels to dry. Hot & Cold outdoor shower (not enclosed). Driveway with parking for 2 cars.
So much to explore and experience from this location; close to the Cape Cod Canal & bike path, iconic Boardwalk, restaurants and the historic village of Sandwich.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 Per Night Fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 Per Night Fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime.

- For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
- A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
- ***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
- You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
