We hope you enjoy the mix of "olde Cape Cod" and new modern amenities.  We thought the best place to keep the authentic look and feel of the 1910 House was in the kitchen.  You feel like you've been transported back in time when gathering in the kitchen for a meal.  Then as you spend time in the family and living rooms, you are brought back to today with flat screen TVs and comfy couches to relax on.  The outdoor deck is our favorite place to spend an afternoon soaking up the sun and enjoying large amounts of sweet tea and cookies as we make plans to bike on the path or enjoy a meal in Harwich Center.  


Let Us Tell You About This Home:
The living room has 32 inch flat screen TV and plenty of seating. This home also has a stereo, 2 DVD players, and an i Pod dock with radio for your enjoyment.  Extra guests spending a few days with you?  The couch opens to a queen sleeper!

The main floor hosts 2 living spaces - the family room is a great place to read a book or start the puzzle you brought in case of rainy days - or watch scary movies on the flat screen TV.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the charm of a bygone era.  The copper pots hanging above, the farmer's table and the chandelier with tapered candles all add to the feel that you have been transported back in time.

The breakfast nook in front of the large windows looks out on the back deck and yard - the perfect place to enjoy a scone and watch the birds flutter by.

The first floor master is bedroom #1 with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with shower and tub across the hall.


Take caution on steeper stairs to 2nd floor - this is common with vintage homes.  Upstairs you will find Bedroom 2 with a Double bed, half bath, and sitting area. 

There is a spacious yard and newly updated deck to enjoy. Don't forget the outdoor shower with hot and cold water - a Cape Cod tradition after a day at the beach.  A gas grill on the deck is perfect for those nights when a hot dog or hamburger are what the kids desire.  Convenient location (500 feet) to bike trail and short walk to Harwich Center. 

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are in the basement.
