We love the fact that you can do nothing and just sit on the deck, read a book and listen to the birds chirping ... or ... you can play ping pong, yard games or badminton, take the kayaks out for a tour of the lake, use the community beach or tennis courts, and enjoy all the home has to offer. The options are endless at the Lake House Retreat!
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home from the front door into the entry hall. To left is the family room with a sleep sofa (double size) with flat screen TV for entertaining. Off this room is Full Bath #1 with Shower only and access to the garage and laundry room with washer/dryer. The family room also has a door for direct access to the back yard.
From the family room go up to the main living area by way of a half flight of stairs entering right into the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The dining room can seat more with an extra leaf in the closet. There are sliders from the dining area to the spacious deck, backyard, and Lake access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a lobster pot, Keurig coffee pot and even doggie bowls for the furry members of your family!
From Living Room, there is another half-flight stairs that bring you to all bedrooms.
Access full bath #2 with Tub/shower from the hallway.
Bedroom #1 is at the end of hall with Queen bed, views of lake and an en suite bathroom #3 with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #2 has a set of bunk beds for the kids - Twin over double bed with a twin trundle hidden underneath.
Bedroom #3 with a full bed and desk for those that have remote working or learning on their schedule.
The spacious deck has a gas grill and dining for meals overlooking the Lake. The backyard has more seating with adirondack chairs to watch the kids have fun on the lawn and get a glimpse of the wildlife near and on the Lake.
Access the Lake right from the swimming dock or plan an adventure with the 2 kayaks, paddles and life jackets (use at your own risk).
