Located across the street from Sagamore Beach this house is sure to bring many happy memories of summers at the beach, splashing in the ocean, enjoying local seafood, games around the table in the evenings, and peaceful nights of sleep with cool breezes and the sound of the sea.



Recently renovated on the main level with hardwood floors throughout the Living Room, Dining area, and gorgeous new Kitchen. Relax on the shaded front deck off the Living area or the sunny back deck off the Kitchen, complete with grill and outdoor dining table.



Located off the main level hall is a Bedroom with a Queen and access to the front deck, and a smaller Bedroom with a Bunkbed (2 Twins). Ascend to the Upper level Master Bedroom with Queen and sitting area, and full Bath across the hall.



There is also a sleeping alcove with a cot at the top of the stairs for the 'extra' guest who decided to visit! The views from this level are amazing! The Lower basement level has 2 finished rooms; one for playing table top games with a sleep sofa, and a Bedroom with 2 Twins. Half Bath and Laundry room also on lower level, with walk out to the patio and fenced yard.



AC on the upper 2 levels (wall units) (Garage is not for use). Access to the beach is up the road a couple houses, then a sandy path through the dunes.
