Enjoy views of Swan Pond from the front screened in porch with an easy walk to enjoy the water. Put your kayak or canoe in and paddle the day away on the pond! Convenient to shops, restaurants, and beaches!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the charming screened-in porch to the bright, beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, a center island with 2 stools, and first floor laundry. This special vacation home offers open-concept living with tasteful coastal decor! Read a good book in the living room, share a family meal at the dining room table, or head straight out to the light and bright sun room that has a large flat screen TV, a perfect spot to watch sports or your favorite show!

On the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and the other has both a Double and Single bed. There is a full bath conveniently located off of the hallway with a tub and shower.  Lower level has a murphy bed - so fun!  Instructions included.

This home has hardwood floors throughout that look like new. The back deck is surrounded by the well manicured yard with sea grass and great perennials. There is also a fire pit and chairs in the yard- great to sit around in the evening and roast marshmallows together! You must take in a Cape Cod tradition when you return from the beach; follow the path around to the side of the home to find the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a nice changing area. Enjoy privacy with a mostly fenced yard (it is open on either side at the front of the home). The home is the last one on the right of a dead end road.

Central air on Main Floor - lower level is cool with dehumidifier and fans.

To get to Swan Pond: Turn left from front door. Turn left on to Clear Brook Road. Turn Left on to Merganser Lane. Turn Left on to Finch Lane. Turn Right on to Swan Lake Road. Turn Left on to Meadowbrook Road. Boardwalk is at the end of Meadowbrook. Walk to the end of the boardwalk to launch kayak/canoe. 0.5 mile. Approx. 10 minute walk to boardwalk from home.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 2.  No parking on lawn or in road anytime. 
Garage may be used to store your bikes.
