We are travelers ourselves and have stayed in many rentals on our journeys. We took the best of our personal experiences and brought them into our home to share with you. We love how the outside areas are like a second, third and fourth living area - with hot tub, fire table, outdoor dining and lots of comfy, colorful sofas and chairs. We love the stand-up heaters that you see in restaurants so it was natural to include one - helps keep the party going well into the night. It was important to use to feature local artists in our home - you'll notice lots of natural elements as well. We love a neutral color palette with pops of color around to keep it interesting. We hope you enjoy Endless Summer as much as we do and make it your home away from home this summer. Welcome!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Nestled in a neighborhood setting, you will find this beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated Harwich home. Two adirondack chairs in the large front yard greet you as you drive in to begin your Cape Cod vacation.

Enter through the side door and notice gleaming hard wood floors throughout the home. A charging station for all your tech is available right when you walk in. The large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, patterned stainless back splash above the stove and unique stainless steel center island with seating for four anchors the open concept living area. This kitchen is completely outfitted for the chef in your group to create memorable meals.

The bright and spacious kitchen area opens up to the dining room with round table and rattan chairs set for six. The beachy feel of the weathered shiplap accent wall is a great backdrop for any meal.

Sliders to the screened-in porch is where you are going to want to spend the warm Cape Cod nights, mornings, and days! More on that later .....

Bedroom 1 on the main level to the right boasts a Queen bed, dresser, TV, closet and reading chair. Dark wood double doors to the closet compliment the light blue details throughout the room. Bathroom 1 is across the hall and has a large glass-enclosed shower.

The gorgeously decorated living room is a real gem with beamed ceilings includes a separate seating area to have more intimate conversations or curl up with a good book while the rest of the gang watches their favorite shows from the large sectional couch with mounted large flat screen TV. Locally-made coastal accents capture your attention at every turn.

Head up the stairs and notice the nautical rope banister - how cool! At the top of the stairs on the right is Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and 2 twin beds, dresser and closet.

Bedroom 3 is across the hall and offers a full size bed with a separate sitting area with comfy chair to relax and read a book. Two dressers, flat screen tv and walk-in closest finish off this room

Bathroom 2 is also a full bathroom with large tub/shower combination and beautiful blue and grey tile flooring which reminds you of the gently rolling waves at the beach.

As you head outside, you are reminded of the amazing screened-in porch with multiple seating options from wicker couches to a round table for your morning breakfast or family game night. The twinkle lights and flowing white curtains add a level of elegance you deserve.

Let Fido run around the fully fenced in backyard with the little ones. More lounging and relaxing awaits you with the colorful sectional couch and chairs on the patio.

A natural gas grill along the side of the house will be perfect for family picnic night with hot dogs and burgers! Don't forget to check out the outdoor shower with separate changing room - its a Cape Cod tradition after a day at the beach!

Gather around as the sunset turns the day to night to enjoy the fire table. If the night gets a bit chilly then fire up the propane outside heater!

Had a long day of shopping and need a treat? Head on down to the hot tub that seats five adults and soak away the day! There are additional lounge chairs and another wicker couch with matching chairs spread out around the yard.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability).

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 5 - No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
