To the left of the living room is the incredibly spacious family room for all to gather. There is a large flat screen TV, check out the game or watch a movie together. This room also has a long dining table with seating for 10-12 people to enjoy the family meals. The dining area also has a door that leads you out to the deck, another great spot to dine and be together.
To the right of the kitchen is a hallway with a Full Bathroom #1 with a shower. At the end of the hallway is Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed and views of the yard and pond and en suite Full bathroom (#2) with a large double head shower.
Also off of this hallway on the 1st floor is Bedroom #2 with a King Bed. Conveniently located in the hall is a closet that houses the washer and dryer for your use.
Head upstairs to find the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and a pop up Trundle bed with 2 twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. Bathroom #3 on this level, at the top of the stairs, has a shower.
This home has an AC units in the Family room/dining area, the Lower 2 bedrooms and the Upstairs both bedrooms. AC unit also in the basement.
Outside is the large deck with new outdoor furniture, gas grill, and an outdoor shower. This home has pond frontage with a dock. There is no beach but there are 2 kayaks available for your use (use at own risk). The pond is a kettle pond, so the water is crystal clear and perfect for a dip to cool you off. One of the best kept secrets is that this is a great fishing hole with access to the pond owners and their guests only. So bring a pole and cast your cares away! You're sure to get lucky.
