During peak summer weeks, our properties typically require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Oceanside Serenity is a gem... magnificent beach, outdoor activities and proximity to historic Sandwich village.  This full-season cottage is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the Cape's lifestyle with a private Association beach over the dune just foot steps away.  Enjoy the magnificent sunsets and sunrises. Search for sand dollars and star fish at low tide. Take a stroll on the beach to Scorton Creek for world-known fishing. This sunny, updated beach house easily sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry and an open kitchen/dining/living area.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Main level features a galley Kitchen with stainless appliances. dishwasher and granite counters offering more space than you would think.  We even managed to tuck a stackable washer and dryer in there!

There's a full bathroom located off the hallway before you enter the open concept living spaces. A separate dining area offers a table with 6 chairs and ceiling fan for extra cooling. There are also mini splits to provide A/C and keep the entire house cool.

The living room features a sectional with chaise lounge and a flat screen TV for catching the Red Sox games.  The fireplace was recently converted to gas so if you stay in the off season you can enjoy cozy fires on chilly nights.

The primary bedroom bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.

The living room offers access to the deck outside where you will find a gas grill for summer cookouts that can be enjoyed on the outdoor table that seats 6.

You've certainly noticed the spiral staircase by now - ascend to the second floor and find 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and other other with 2 full beds and a TV!
