Inside, the main level offers an inviting open-concept layout, perfect for gathering with loved ones, whether you're unwinding after a day at the beach, sharing a casual meal, or enjoying a cozy movie night
Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms with rich wood flooring and a full bath, creating a restful retreat for peaceful slumber. For added space and flexibility, the finished lower level features its own full bathroom  ideal for accommodating extra guests or offering a quiet escape.

Anchor House offers every thoughtful detail, including linens, an in-home washer and dryer, and Split System AC with individual units in each bedroom and main living space for tailored comfort. Even your four-legged companion is welcome this home is dog-friendly.

Enjoy a well-appointed selection of outdoor amenities perfect for families and adventure seekers. Choose from nine (9) bikes—two (2) for men, one (1) for women, and six (6) for kids—along with one (1) child’s helmet. Water gear includes a 10’6” paddle board, a sea kayak, paddles, life vests, and a foam roof rack with straps. The guest shed, located at the end of the driveway, is stocked with beach chairs, toys, soccer nets, bocce ball, a slackline, and pickleball gear. Relax in the Eno hammock, enjoy music on the Bose speaker, and use the cozy outdoor cushions.
