Welcome to Vacation Station! A bright and cheerful home with central AC and a large backyard for family fun! Centrally located in the "Mid Cape" area, near several ponds and many points of interest, activities throughout Cape Cod are easily accessible. This home is ready to keep your days busy while allowing your evenings to be spent quietly tucked away in a family-oriented neighborhood.

Welcome to our home away from home. There's never enough time spent on vacation as a family, so we love that we're so close to everything - mini golf, inflatable & water park, restaurants, shopping, etc. There’s so much to do and we don't have to worry about spending too much time pre-planning. The best part is being able to come back to a quiet, cozy home that has enough space for the little ones to go to bed first, and the older kids can still hang out in the basement without worrying about noise.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the side door off of the driveway and you will find Bathroom #1, a full bathroom with shower and laundry space so you can drop suits and towels on your way in after a day at the beach! Further down the hall, you will find Bedroom #1 on your left. This bedroom is perfect for children or teens with a Full over Full sized bunk bed and a seating area for handheld gaming or even a good book!

The end of the hall opens to the kitchen from which you can see to the other main living spaces. Appointed with stainless steel appliances and cabinetry painted a nautical Admiral Blue, there is plenty of room to prepare meals while keeping the conversation going with family and friends! There is also a breakfast bar peninsula with two stools so anyone can have a seat and enjoy a libation.

On the other side of the breakfast bar is the dining area with seating for four and a view through the sliding glass door of the deck and wonderful back yard.

Adjoining the dining space is the living area which is spectacularly inviting for everyone! With a vaulted ceiling that is open to the second level and an oversized skylight, the living room is bathed in sunlight and features plenty of comfortable seating so it is a cozy retreat day or night. Settle in to read a book on cloudy days or watch a movie together on the flat screen TV with Roku - the whole family can gather in this space.

On the second level of this home are two bedrooms and a full bathroom that they share. Bathroom #2 is the perfect size and has a tub/shower combination so easy bathing for the kids! To the left of the bathroom is Bedroom #2 which offers a Full sized bed and room darkening shades for those who want to sleep in. To the right of the bathroom is the Primary, Bedroom #3, which is accommodating for families as it contains a Queen sized bed and standard sized crib. Each bedroom allows for plenty of storage between closet space and large dressers.

The lower level of this home is a wonderful recreation area as it contains a home theater, a ping pong table and a secondary living room. Tweens and teens will surely claim this as their own during your stay! And if anyone needs to work remotely, there is a perfect space for that too!

For parents of little ones, the homeowner has some items available to borrow: umbrella stroller, toddler rails, booster seat, travel baby carrier.

Outside you will find a huge yard providing space for games like cornhole or general play! There is also a deck that features an outdoor living room so you can spend time lounging in the sun! Additionally you will enjoy the Cape Cod tradition of having an outdoor shower and you can end your day with a Bar-B-Que on the gas grill.

A short way down the road, you have the convenience of a shopping area containing a supermarket, many restaurants, a pharmacy chain and the Cape Cod rail trail. Also nearby are several children's parks, town recreation areas and golf courses as well.
